I ran the blue paper through my Cuttlebug with the "Spots and Dots" embossing folder. I used a white gel pen to make "bubbles" on the green paper. The buttons are from Archiver's. (The $1.99 hot spot!) I colored the image with Bic Write it markers and accented with my white gel pen.Check out Dustin Pike's blog for some more crazy cute images!
