I had such a great day! I even got to go shopping after my party. It doesn't get much better than that. Then, I walked in to this:
Now, there is nothing wrong to coming home to that sweet face! It's just that before I left that sweet face was surrounded by a lot more hair!! :) This is what he looked like before my short trip (Well this pic was a few weeks ago, but you'll see where I'm going with this):
So, needless to say, daddy was quite busy! After the initial shock I calmed down and realized that less is better for this warm weather! Colson is sort of "known" for his crazy hair though. It hasn't laid down from the moment he was born.
It's a little shocking to see that wild hair relatively tamed. No worries though. His hair grows faster than any kid I've ever seen! :) It should be back to it's old self in a month or so.
I've gotten rather long winded in my old age! Sorry about that. I'm off to the movies, but before I go, here are a few more birthday card/party pictures to finish off!
